Sending a signup email to the second portion of a course using Storyline

Hi all,
I am brand new to Storyline and have zero coding experience so I'm sorry if I am missing an easy answer to this question but so far I have not been able to find what I need in the forums.
My goal is to insert some sort of form which could be filled out in order to sign the user up for the second portion of a course. For this specific course we have an automated first portion which must be completed before attending the live, instructor led, second portion. I am hoping that I can create a slide once they complete part one which allows the user to input their name, email address, and preferred time to attend part two and that information could be exported to the admins either by emailing directly to me or by exporting in html(I would assume?) to our intranet site where we could set up a notification for ourselves.
Does anyone know if this is possible or have any suggestions on how I could get Storyline to do this? Thanks in advance for the help.

You could set up the form on a site (Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, etc). Then embed it as a web object in your course.
