I didn't see any text cut off within this image - but they should be showing all the text and if not, could you have changed something within the text formatting such as choosing to not "wrap the text" or removing the "autofit option"?
I attached an image that shows the text problem. The settings are Do not autofit and Wrap text in shape. I was hoping I could just make the boxes wider.
Are you using Storyline 1 or Storyline 2? Are you seeing this while trying to take the quiz or as a part of the review process? If you're able to share a copy of the .story file you can upload it by using the "add attachment" button to the bottom of the reply.
I am using storyline 2, I see this when previewing the project. I also see this after I have published the course to the web. I have attached the file and the slide in question is slide 1.13.
Thanks for letting me take a look at your project file - I saw some odd behavior in your file, such as when I clicked on the boxes for each answer, the text was previously showing as going outside the drop down window but when I click on it, the text wraps and appears below as I'd expect it to.
I also looked at changing the properties for the text box, and what I'd suggest is the best option for longer text is to choose "wrap text" and "shrink text on overflow". I also saw that adding new text within the "form view" of the question slide allowed for the drop down boxes to expand and take up more width.
I am curious if you were adding in the answer text as a part of the slide or form view? I'd recommend doing so in form view to allow for the text to follow the properties and you should see the "slide view" preview on the right hand side update once you'd changed the text and clicked outside that particular box.
You'll also want to ensure that you're working on local project files as detailed here.

Hello Mark!
You may want to change the first setting from "do not autofit" to "resize shape to fit text."
Let us know if this helps.
Emily,
This was very helpful, however even after I changed my settings to "Resize shape to fit text" the length of the box did not change.

Thanks Robin - I'm downloading your file now to take a look.
