I thought it was simple enough to join or sequence two media files to play seamlessly one after the other on the timeline. I've set first one to fade out and the second to fade in so the transition appears seamless. I've even looked up the tutorial too. When I preview it, only media 1 plays and media two doesn't follow. As I only want use these as video files, when they export to the story content, they are still two separate videos. How can I fix this or do I have to edit and join them in another application?
Hey there, Katrina. I also wanted to mention, if you have access to Replay, you can blend 2 video tracks and set a smooth transition. When you publish a Replay project, you've got an .mp4 file ready to use in this project and others!
I have tried using trigger to play media 2 once media 1 finishes and also just using timeline.
The output is that these two separate videos need to be one video so wondering whether it's just easier to use other video editing application to join them.

is your trigger set to play video 2 when media completes video 1 Or you're not using triggers just timeline placement?

No we don't have the use of Replay...I'm assuming this is an additional application.
I'm wondering if it's easier to use video editing software to just merge the two together as the output needs to be one video file.
