I have a series of videos in a project and instead of a boring box, I used Set Poster Frame>Picture from File and selected an image. They look great in Storyline (360) but once I publish it the images are very dark. Am I missing a setting somewhere?
I'm happy to help! We don't any bugs that are similar to what you're noticing with poster frames. I've tested this on my end and I'm not seeing the same behavior.
Have you tried using another image as the poster frame?
Also, which version of Storyline are you using?
We'd be happy to investigate your project if you'd like to share it using this secure upload link. We'll make sure to respond after reviewing! After we complete troubleshooting, we'll delete the file.
Thanks Lauren. Here's what I figured out as a work-around. The images I was using were transparent so the transparent areas were black when it was played. I added a white background to the images and then pulled them in and that worked.
I am glad to hear that you were able to apply a workaround. If you would like us to take a closer look at the project, we are more than happy to help! You can use this private link to share the course, and we'll be sure to provide updates after reviewing the file.
