I am using Storyline 2 to create several large software simulations.
My question is, how to I set the aspect ratio of the simulation 942x584 and save this size setting so that every time I go to create a new simulation, it maintains this size?
Hi, Elizabeth: When you select "record screen" you'll see the screen below. Drag it so it fits the dimensions you want (either 4:3 or 16:9.) Was that what you were asking?
You can also create a custom Story size as well. Design Tab > Story Size Setup (button at far left)
Hello: Yes, I already know how to do that. I want the size 942 x 584 to be saved. So that every time I go to create a new simulation, it opens to 942 x 584.
Oh No! I want to create a custom size and save the custom size so that, every time I go to create a new simulation, it opens to my custom size. Can we forward this question on to the development team to see if this is possible? Thank you for your help.

I don't think there's a setting that will keep that size.

Hi Elizabeth! There is not a way to set a custom default here, but you are welcome to share your thoughts with our product development team here.
I also wanted to mention that replying to the forums via e-mail attaches your signature, but you are welcome to pop in and edit if needed.
