I'm trying to record in Storyline, but the default resolution is very small compared to the screen I want to record (Salesforce). How do I capture most of the screen without it becoming too blurry?
What do you have your screen size and resolution set at? If you're recording a full sized window it likely will scale down to fit within the Storyline slide size, so you may want to look at ensuring those two elements are as close of a match as possible.
Glad that worked for your Rita - and that's definitely a good option to ensure it's capturing just that window. I'm not sure if you saw it, but there is more information here on how to conduct screen recordings and change the recording size prior to starting the recording.

Thanks so much for your response, Ashley! I actually played with it for a bit and finally chose 'Select a window' - it took care of the sizing for me.
