Setting User Preferences in Storyline

I come to this software via many different video programs.  And what drives me absolutely nuts about Storyline is that I cannot find a way to change preferences.  For instance, I do not like the font Open Sans.  Why does every new project default to that?  I know I can change master slide settings, but that's too much work.

Also, I've never designed a Storyline show to be in a 4x3 aspect ratio.  This is 2020, every computer screen is 16x9.  Why do I need to change that every time?  

Also, why can't I change the default animation timings?  Every video editor I have every worked with has allowed me to do that.  Yes, I believe .75 seconds is too long.  Am I right?  Doesn't matter, it's my preference.  :)  I waste so much time setting it to the length I want, when I should be off to the next thing.

(And don't get me started on the timeline being in seconds and not minutes...)

If anyone knows how to do make changes to the default settings, or any others, I would be forever grateful.
