Shape boxes not showing text

I have created a quiz in storyline 360 on local drive. Some of the questions contain shape boxes that are white and then contain black text. The quiz has been published on an LMS. A few users using android phones including the latest samsung cannot see the text. They can only see the text if I fill in the shape box with dark colour and change the font to white.

Screenshot attached also shows the colours are quite different. The box at top shows as light blue when it is actually #3A88AB. The orange submit button should be #FF6800. Background colour looks correct.

Accessibility settings on phone are off.

Hoping you can advise on how to fix this so everyone can see the slides without having to colour the shapes.
