I've got a problem in my Storyline. I've installed it on Mac (with parallels desktops) and started my work with inserting a shape, but the shape is only showen in upper corner. Does anyone know how to fix it? I've attached a picture that shows the problem. Thanks for any help
This looks like it may be an issue with DPI on the Windows side of the Parallels. Storyline will function as expected when Windows is set to 96 DPI (dots per inch).
Storyline doesn't currently support 120 DPI. If your system is set to 120 DPI, you may experience erratic behavior, such as:
* Elements of the application are misplaced or distorted.
* Objects are misplaced or distorted when previewed or published.
* Zoomed images don't work as expected.
* Font sizes are incorrect after using the translation features.

Here's how you can switch to 96 DPI
Let me know if the shapes still don't show up properly after changing that setting, or if you're already running at 96 DPI.
