So I've got a two-part program, which users can take in any order. Upon completion of each section, users are take back to the menu slide.
I would like to have a button for Take the Knowledge Quiz to appear on that menu slide only after users have reached the end of both both parts. Can anyone help?
Have a look at the attached file and see if that's what you want. I use two True/False variables to signify completion of both sections. If both variables are true, then the Knowledge Check button is 'turned on'. There are other options to do the same thing, for example using the Visited states of the two buttons to determine when both sections have been viewed.
Michael - that makes perfect sense and works beautifully. When I set mine up, the button remains visible even though I've set the initial state for hidden. As far as I can tell, I've set mine up identically to yours. What am I doing wrong?
The variables you have for Part1Complete and Part2Complete were default to True, so the button was showing Normal when you first start. Changing these to be False as default makes the button start hidden, Attached is an update.
