I'm wondering if it is possible to mantain the closed caption text visible when the video has been paused with a customized button, right now it only works with the pause button on the timebar but nos with the customized button. Thank you for your time.
Thanks for reaching out! I was able to replicate the scenario in Update 42 of Storyline 360, where the Play/Pause button on the seekbar retains the Closed caption on the screen, but a customized Play/Pause button on the slide does not.
Currently, there is not a way to do this, but I appreciate the added insight, and will I’ll be happy to pass your thoughts on to our product team, but you can also feel free to detail them more through a feature request!
