Hi, Simonne -- Yes, if you could elaborate a little bit, or even share your .story file here to illustrate what you mean, that would be most helpful for us to assist your further.
Good morning, I am having the same issue. I have set a trigger on the buttons to show the slide layer. However, during preview, it does not show the layer for a very delayed time frame or not at all. I am not sure how to fix this slide...
Hi, Roxanne -- Sorry to hear that! You are also welcome to click on the Add Attachment button in the bottom left of the reply box here in the thread if you would like to share your file for review.
I took a quick look. I deleted the arrow on layer one and then put in a new arrow. The trigger worked then. I don't know why but the arrows seem to be causing an issue.
Hi, Cary -- You know, I honestly can't say for certain. Perhaps it could just be a glitch or have something to do with working on a network drive. It's important that all work be done locally as described here, and it may help to import the file into a new file. And if issues persist, it never hurts to run a repair on Storyline to address odd or erratic behavior. Thanks so much for assisting Roxanne, though! :)
Sorry for my late response. Here is the file. What I want to be able to do is have this displayed when they open the training. I want it to appear that the locks are being attached to the red board
Hi, Simonne -- Thanks for your patience. It looks like in this published output in Tempshare that the layers are appearing as triggered. Is there something else you wanted for the slide to achieve? And if it's a matter of design suggestions, I will defer to the community to assist you further! :)

Hi, Roxanne -- Looks like Cary beat me to it! Please let us know if you are all set or still need further assistance whenever you get a moment.
Hi Christie,
Any idea why this would cause problems? It seems like a weird thing to cause a trigger to fail.
That fixed the issue... Thank you!
