When I click on any slide in the menu sidebar, my presentation skips for a brief moment on the slide it is on, and then just continues within that slide. I have the menu activated (checked) in the player. SMH... Help!!!
It's hard to troubleshoot without seeing the file. Best guess: It sounds like the Menu is set to Restricted navigation. That prevents the user from clicking the Menu to advance. They can only use it to return to previously viewed slides.
