SideBySide Error

Hello,
My organization is testing Sotryline, and one user is running into an issue when he saves, and tried to open .story files.
He was able to install the program without issue. The error occurs when the file is saved, then he tries to open the file.
I have confrimed that the file is being stored locally.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, including using the sl2 cleanup utility to clean the registry.

Hi Rob! The only time I have seen this issue reported before was related to templates and not actual project files. Is this applicable to you as well?
This is a problem with .story project files (?)
Sorry, I am in our internal IT department, and I do not use the software.
Hi Rob! Thanks for the information. I do believe we are going to need to see some log files to further assist as I'm not familiar with this error and it typically points to a Windows issue. If you could reach out to our support team here and even share the .story file so that we can be sure that's not the issue.
