Sign In points me to "free Trial" even though I've got corporate license for 2 years

All,

I have a corporate license for full suite of Articulate products.

Last week I tried to log in and it said, I must log in again.  This happened many times in the past.. and so when I clicked... I was surprised to see the message "Your Free Trial has epired".

I can't get past the screen.  Somehow I was able to get to this log in screen to post.   Please help.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue! I can confirm that your subscription associated with this email address is active. 

  • What browser are you using? Can you try using a different browser?
  • Have you tried opening an incognito window and then signing in?
  • You can also try clearing your browser cache
