You can click on the view tab and the choose "Slide Master" from the options. Once there, you can edit the slide master like you would a regular slide.

Slide masters in Articulate Storyline are very similar to slide masters in Microsoft PowerPoint. Use them to control the default themes, colors, fonts, text, and objects for slides throughout your course.
