I am having trouble entering the correct story size setup for a Samsung Tab S 8.4" tablet. The client wants the video trainng to be mazimized on the tablet screen. I entered the resolution dimensions (2560 x 1600)provided in the specs, but it came out square and distorted. I believe this is over the maximum allowed, but how do I adjust to get the most use of the real estate without distortion? Help! Thanks
To stay within the limits of a Storyline project and retain the tablet's aspect ratio, the max. size would be 2047*1279. Also, remember that the player frame adds pixels to the overall size. Give it a try and see hat works best.
