I'm not familiar with SkillSoft, but I know that I've seen users mention it before, although they seem a bit dated. You can try the 30 day trial and test if you wish.
If it can host SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC content, or Tin Can API then it should work.
Perhaps other users will be able to chime in and share their experience as well.
