Skips past Results Slide at end of module?

Hi All,
I'm having a strange problem that is visible after my Storyline module has been published and is being used on our LMS.
The results slide is at the end of the module (with the quiz slides placed throughout the module) and reads a pass/fail result as well as a 'Print Results' button. The student gets to the Results Slide and it flashes up then closes the module and returns to the LMS page reading that the content has been completed.
However the results slide is actually the SECOND LAST slide and the student never even gets to view it!
All of the hot spots and commands mirror the entire presentation and I can't find anything that would cause a different reaction to occur.

You might want to take a look at this post, first, and see if it helps with your results slide.
