I think you're talking about this discussion where you've also weighed in. The issue does still appear to be specific to instances of IE and the individual settings. As such it isn't something our team has isolated as a bug within Storyline yet.
If you have other examples to share that don't match the above, we'd love to take a look at them.

Looks like the "t" and "f" not displaying is still an issue?
