SL 360 unable to publish

I have just moved to SL 360 from SL3, my first project & it will not allow me to publish as LMS. I have tried some of the suggested fix's with no success. Have I missed something in the set up?

I did report this when the error occurred, but have not had a response todate.

I wasn't able to open the screenshot you shared. Can you send it in a different format or describe the error you receive?

Here are a few questions to help narrow down the issue:

Is this only happening with one specific file?
Are you able to publish it in a different format (web, Review 360, etc.)?
