I don't remember having this issue before, but when I hook up an external monitor (as many developers do) it makes storyline behave erratically. The text boxes come off of the slide and when I try to grab and resize them, they only adjust to one or two options (not fully draggable). Also, when I am in incorrect or correct answer feedback layers, the objects on the main slide layer are all out of place. Is there a specific type of external monitor that I must use so that the formatting is not out of whack when I use storyline. There is so much copying and pasting in my work with multiple documents that extending my monitor is a must. Anyone have any thoughts?
Can you see if you have your DPI settings are at 96 as indicated here? Sometimes distortion is caused by this setting, but I think it's weird that this is happening out of the blue when you've worked with this monitor before...
