SL Crashes when I paste a text box that contains variables

I updated to the Feb. 15 release this morning. Since then, I am not able to paste text boxes that contain variables. I've tried lots of things including uninstalling and reinstalling Storyline, but that didn't help.

Is this related to the update or just my file?

Hi Sandy,

I appreciate you sharing what you are currently experiencing with the latest update of Storyline 360.

I am not experiencing any crashing when pasting text with a variable.

I'm curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?

If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I recommend importing the file into a new one and proceeding.
If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software.

If you'd prefer to have our team look at your file, please share your project file privately with our support engineers. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.

Thanks for getting back to me. It seems to have fixed itself when I closed SL for the day. I was working correctly the next day. Weird, but glad it's fixed.
