After suffering my first SL crash, I got to thinking "is there a way for SL to do a timed Autobackup of my project" ie: like MS Word etc. If not,. I think it could be a useful additional feature.
I also recommend keeping back up copies of Storyline files, so that in the event something occurs when you've made a number of changes you don't have to start at the beginning, but instead a back up copy you made a day or so ago. Here are some suggestions on how to back up files.

Hi Garry,
This is not currently available in SL, but you might want to add your voice at the feature request page, along with many others who have done so.
I press Ctrl+S VERY frequently
Ditto what Becky said.
