SL Windowed - Enlarges on Right and Bottom when Min/Maximized

Hi, this is a strange thing and more of an annoyance than anything serious, but I have noticed it in SL2 and now also in SL360 and Quizmaker. The program window (when not full screen) enlarges itself when maximized after being minimized to the Start bar in windows buy 5 or so pixels to the right and down.

I use a 3 screen setup and I use a screen dimmer to dim the brightness of the all white interface of SL. I don't full-screen SL because it covers the auto-hide of the Start bar and the screen dimmer prevents the auto-hide from coming up over anything full screen. But using SL not full screen, I always have to readjust SL after Min/Maximizing it a few times. If I don't, by the end of the day, SL is claiming screen space into my 3rd screen and below the bottom of the monitor. It's weird. I've never seen a program do something like this before and I can only conclude that it's some kind of bug that's been in the program for some time now. I'll submit it as a bug if it hasn't been already.
