I have the feedback set by question, the score is by question, the attempts is set to 1. However users are able to skip the hotspot questions, which need to be mandatory to answer. What am I missing?
Hi there J P! Would you mind sharing your project file so we can take a look at how you've set up your hotspot question? Just use the Add Attachment button to attach your file here to this forum thread.
Nope this is not possible. I cannot use the player submit button so I created my own. If you create your own submit button it is not possible to make the question mandatory.
Thanks for sharing that update here, J P! For anyone who encounters this issue in the future, here's the response from our support engineers:
I have run another test and I see that even if I click the correct hotspot and click on the custom submit button, it does not recognize my correct answer. To make sure that I'm clicking the correct hotspot, I adjusted the size of the hotspot to occupy half of the slide but still having the same issue.
I can conclude that using the custom submit button does not recognize that the user answered correctly or did not select an answer. Please download the file I've been testing here:

I'd love to but I get this message every time I try to submit.
An unhandled lowlevel error occurred. The application logs may have details.
Hi J P, since that didn't work, you can try submitting your file to me by way of this form.
