Hi! I have a large course that I am currently editing from last year's version. I use a lot of markers in the program to provide additional information. Occasionally when I am in edit mode, I see the marker is there, but when I click on it, the label is missing. However, when I immediately preview it, the label displays when I hover. This happened yesterday on a couple markers on different slides, but when editing today, I notice they are back. Any thoughts?
Thanks Crystal! I do follow the best practices outlined above. Everything is back to normal today. I am not able to uninstall, reinstall Storyline on my own so need to do IT request to do that. I am leaning towards keeping as is for now and I believe, as long as I get it to the publish stage in a few weeks with everything working, I will be ok. I believe I have a free SL3 upgrade, but was waiting until after I finish editing and publishing this course which was initially built in SL2 last year. Do you think that is ok if everything is working ok when I publish for our LMS? Thanks again for your help!
Glad to hear that everything is working as expected now, Kathy. If your course passes your Quality Assurance in the final environment, it seems like that would be the ideal outcome :)
