SL3/360 Feedback, format issues

Hey guys - happy new year!

So, something I've noticed of late when working on my courses is that on the feedback layers, where there is formatting (i.e. bold text) it will show in slide view, but when previewing, or published, the formatting I've added has gone (noticeable when the text is meant to be bold). This seems to happen whether I'm using SL3 or SL360. Has anyone come across this before? The master layout for feedback seems ok, and has come through ok.

Please see attached screenshots. Format1 is within SL3 on the slide view. Format 2 is on preview with some test answers.
