okay, I found a solution with the aide of a co-worker. The reason the [seekbar] wasn't appearing in the updated version of SL360 from SL3 was from me importing the slide from SL3 into SL360. When importing that data brings with it what is attached, including the [Master Slides]. Thus I had to attach the current [Master Slide] via the [Apply Layout].... find your current [Master layout], apply it, test it. Dang it, it works! Hope this helps! It seemed like a puzzling issue for the longest time in other threads. Anyways Thanks community.
