I tried duplicating your slide and then deleting the slider and inserting another one - but it is returning the same error. I think the slide may be corrupt.
I created a new file with a slider and it works as expected.
Then I created a new project file and imported your slide in and adjusted the triggers and it's working as expected.
Thanks for the reply Wendy. I created a new slide within the resource (which was originally created in SL2 and updated to SL360) and the same thing happened.
Oh dear. I tried a whole new project and yes it works. Would this be something to do with the update from SL2 to SL360 do you think? Unfortunately it means I either don't use sliders if I'm reusing something originally created in SL2 or I have to recreate the whole thing again from scratch.
Hi Jenny - hard to say. Now that you know the behaviour if you wanted to use the slider I’d probably recreate new in 360. All the best for your project.
Since Wendy found that creating a new Storyline 360 file and imported the original slides into it worked well, I would go that route before re-creating the course from scratch. Let us know if that helps!
You can also share your file with our Support Engineers here, if you'd like us to take a closer look.
Thanks for the reply Alyssa. I tried what you suggested and imported the whole SL2 file into a new SL360 project, but I still can't make changes to the slider. I've shared the slide file with the Support Engineers.

Here's a Peek of it...
See updated reply Jenny. I created a new file and imported your slide in and it worked

I meant recreate the slider slide in 360 not the whole project 😳
I did try to recreate the slider slide, but unfortunately that didn't work.

Thanks Jenny! I'm going to follow along with your case as well. I see it with the right team!
