Hello, Does anyone have any problems with slide count under reports being reported accurately? I had a colleague view a course and i logged in to Articulate online and wanted to view how many slides have been viewed and is off by allot.... please help...
No, not that I can think of. Are they definitely slides, and not slide layers that should be getting counted? Would you mind submitting a case so we can look into it? We'd be really interested to check it out...
