I created a course in Storyline 3 and some learners reported getting stuck in a slide showing a white screen and only a Previous buttons is available. If you navigate back to previous slides they don’t load, the progress bar/locked scrub bar shows full and there are PREV and NEXT buttons.
This happens in on slide that has layers and clickable buttons.
Has anyone experience this issue with Storyline 3?
