We have found that in the latest update in storyline, after inserting storyline files in RISE there is a white bar above and bottom of the screen. Earlier this issue has been logged and 4 months back this issue has been fixed.
Currently with the latest update we are facing this issue again.

I also see the white line on the latest update, so we'll need to revisit this behavior. I'm really sorry this problem is back and promise to keep you updated on any new developments!
As we investigate, would you be willing to share your .story file with our Engineers? We'd love to troubleshoot your setup to offer more tailored support and will delete the file after!

I appreciate you sharing a sample course with us. I included it in this bug's report and will share all updates with you here as soon as I can.
For now, I recommend using the workaround of setting a white background for the Storyline block in Rise 360. Here's a preview:
