Slide layers impossible to edit

Hi there,

I am using Articulate Storyline 360 v 3.13.15006.0

An error message appeared stating that Articulate would need to close.

Since then, in all projects I am no longer able to edit slide layers. I get this box (below) where the layers are normally available to edit.

Has anyone come across this before?

Have you restarted your machine? You may need to reinstall 360

Hey, Joshua! Looks like Phil has you covered with that spot-on troubleshooting tip; it should resolve the red x, but please let our Support Engineers know if it doesn't.
