Slide master layout for T/F Quiz Question Slides

I've taken the simple slide layout that just has a textbox title placeholder and made the box larger and moved it closer to the center of the slide.  When I apply the layout to a regular slide, it applies the size and position changes to the title placeholder box, but when I apply the layout to a T/F question, only the textbox fonts and fill are applied to the title placeholder, and not the change in size or position on the slide.

Am I missing something simple?
