Slide Reordering

Good morning, 

I recently completed a SL360 presentation that contains 10 knowledge checks throughout. When I published the presentation, all of the knowledge checks went to the beginning of the presentation. I cannot find a trigger that would have had them automatically reordered. 

Help!

Did the knowledge check slides actually move to the start (that is, does the user see the question slides right away when they launch the course)? 

  • If so, that's definitely "unexpected behavior." You could try restarting (or perhaps even reinstalling) Storyline, fixing the order, and then publishing again.
  • If there's still an issue, consider reporting it directly to the support staff: https://articulate.com/support/contact/360-teams 

Or do you mean that the knowledge checks are appearing at the start of the built-in Menu? 

  • The built-in Menu doesn't always keep up with changes, especially when slides are inserted and re-arranged. 
  • The Menu order can be quickly fixed by using the "Reset from story" button.
