Slide revisit options

Is there a way to specify which layer shows when revisiting a slide in Storyline 360? After the initial view, if I revisit a slide using Previous/Next button options, and if the slide has layers, only the last layer viewed appears and I have no way to see the other content on that slide. I'd like my students to be able to return to the Base layer when revisiting.
I have even changed all of my Previous/Next button triggers to specify the exact slide number to rather than using the default "Jump to Previous/Next slide" options. I don't see any way to specify which layer when jumping to another slide. If I select the Show Layer option, it only gives me the layer options of the current slide.
Am I missing something?

Hi Kimberly,
You can make a slide reset to it's initial state when you revisit it by updating the slide properties and changing When revisiting to Reset to intial state:
