Hi, the easiest way to accomplish this is to make a variable, set it equal to 0 and add 1 to it when each of the six clickable elements are clicked. Create a trigger to look for the variable to be equal to 6 to show the seventh layer.
I tried this (see attached). The Close variable is set to increment when you close the two layers and then enable the hidden next button, i.e. when Close = 2.
The Close variable does increment but the next button is never enabled .. am confused !!
Run your story, and click on the girl on the right, close that layer.
Click on the girl on the left and close that layer.
Click on the girl on the right, and you will see your arrow.
What is going on is that the trigger to change the right arrow to normal points to the right arrow on layer 2. Point that trigger to change the right arrow on the base layer, and it will work.

Please take the attached .story file for the solution that you are looking after. I have used image states for this.
