Hi: I'm testing my slides and when I click the preview Scene button and/or publish the story, it plays fine through the first two slides and then displays the third slide, but won't play it. My mouse pointer turns into the spinning (loading) dots and I can't click anything to proceed. If I use the arrow preview button at the bottom of the slide to quickly preview the slide it works fine. Ideas?
Thanks for sharing your file. I took a look at preview, and was able to get beyond the third slide and navigate to a few other slides as well. I published it to Articulate 360 and that version also worked for me. Can you test this link here?
