I have a short storyline published. On page 3, I have a slider. Sometimes it works fine, other times it locks up and the slider won't work any more. When that happens, then it also will not allow me to use the Next or Back buttons, it is totally locked up. Any suggestions?
You'll also want to confirm that you're testing the published output within the intended environment as described here. As Michael mentioned it may also be easier if we're able to take a look at your .story file to see how it's behaving.
Thanks to both of you. Just figured out the problem. The slider was showing/adding layers. One of the layers was marked to not allow the user to click on things on the base slide. When we went to that layer, we were stuck because we could not access the slider, the back button, or the next button from the base slide.

Yep, that'll do it. Great that you figured it out on your own!

Can you share your .story file here so that we can have a closer look?

Awesome Darla - I'm glad it was something easy to figure out and thanks for the update!
