Slider Not Working When Tested in SCORM Cloud
Oct 12, 2017
I have been asked to make some edits to a Storyline II file I did not create. There is a slider bar on one of the slides. It has worked in all previous tests. I have nuot updated that slide, and all setting look correct. It will function in Preview mode, but when I load to SCORM Cloud to test in the LMS environment, it won't work. When I try to click on the slider, the little hand icon appears showing it is clickable, but I am unable to move the slider. I have tested in Chrome and Internet Explorer.
Suggetions?

Hi Carrie Ann
hard to say without taking a look - can you share the slide - might be easier for people to help you if they can check out how it is setup.
Hello Carrie Ann :)
If you are able to replicate an issue within SCORM Cloud, we would certainly want to take a look.
You can share your .story file right here with us:
I copied the problem slide into its own file.
Hi Carrie Ann
I published your slide to LMS, zipped and uploaded to ScormCloud tested in Chrome and it's working as expected - see Peek video
Hi All,
I am having the same issue. The slider works in my Storyline 2 preview, but doesn't work when I upload as a scorm to my LMS. Here is the slide. Appreciate the help!
Hi Felicia
can you share the .story file slide so we can take a look at the setup.
Sure can! Appreciate the prompt reply, I'm a newbie, so all help is appreciated.
Hi Felicia
setup looks fine and I published to Scormcloud and it doesn't work - even changed the option to 'when learner releases' instead of 'when slider dragged' - personally I've never found sliders to be reliable so I avoid using them. See update to your file - I added a slide where I removed the slider and use states and triggers...see if that might work for you.
Otherwise I would log a support ticket with Articulate and get them to take a look at the file
Sorry I couldn't be more help
Thanks Wendy! Well glad it's not only troubling me! Thanks for taking a look and providing an alternative slide for me. Appreciate you. This forum taught me everything I know about SL2!
Thanks for reaching out to the support team, Felicia.
I can see that Eloisa was able to pop in and help you out as well as get this issue reported.
I've attached this conversation as well so that we can share any relevant updates.
