Slides are resequencing

First, please make sure that you're working with local project files:

• Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior. 
• You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
• Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names (this includes spaces and underscores).

If that doesn't help, please try importing the slides from this project into a new Storyline file. If you need information on how to import from an existing course, take a look at the tutorial below:

I was working with local project files - no special characters, path correctly named, etc.  The project was finished and I was asked to change the weight of the box around the images.  This caused many of the individual slides to now say "jump to unassigned" and the slide was orphaned in the upper right hand corner.

Guess I'll try importing to a new Storyline file to see if that helps.

Sorry to hear that you're still having trouble with this. It does sound like there may be an issue with the file.

I imported the project into a new file and the "gremlin" is gone.  I did everything I could think of that caused resequencing in the previous project file - nothing happened.  Thanks for the advice, it definitely worked and I wish I had done this earlier.
