Slides not viewing correctly

Hi Everyone,
I am a new user to Storyline 2 and was wondering if I can throw a question out for some help. I am finding that when I open my files in Storyline 2 the slides are not rendering properly. These are files that I have created on the same computer (using Mac parallels), same program ect only now they are all opening up like the image image below with parts missing. I have restarted program/computer/uninstalled and reinstalled software.
The slides preview fine however it is a little hard to make adjustments to the actual slide. Just wondering if anyone has come across this before /has a solution?
Many thanks Kel

Hi Kelly
is your windows DPI setting at 96dpi which is recommended otherwise you may see some distortion issues.
Hi Kelly!
Looks like Wendy has popped in to assist you here and I wanted to share our documentation/instructions if you needed to take a look.
I'm not seeing an image attached here as you mentioned, but feel free to attach an image or your .story file in your reply if you need further assistance.
Hi Wendy and Leslie,
thank you for your reply, I have windows 10 and have checked my settings and they are set to 100% which are the lowest I can set to. I have attached a story file to show you what I am seeing. the shape has the image inserted through format object and the image beside is just placed onto the slide as an image, not sure if this will help.
Hey Kel - Thanks for including your .story file here for us to take a look. It is now that I realize your initial image that you referenced is not attached, so I'm not quite sure of the issue you are reporting here.
This is what I see when opening your file. Are you seeing something different?
