Hi, I can't seem to get rid of the space at the bottom of the frame/player (see attachment). I've checked all of my slide properties for stray prev and next buttons that might be causing the gap, but can't find any.
Thoughts about what else might be happening to cause this would be helpful.
I would open the file in Storyview Select the first slide then Ctl A to select all slides (you may have to do this a few times if you have scenes) and then select the player features dropdown and choose 'Custom....' ..You may have a stray 'seekbar' selected somewhere
I am now seeing the gap on the right and left sides instead of top and bottom. This is so strange - have never seen this issue before in my published files (see attachment of left side of player). Please HELP!

Thanks for the tip. I did as you suggested and do not see a stray seekbar in the story. Any other suggestions?

Hi S,
Are you seeing this gap only in Storyline Preview, or is it also there after the file is published?
Also, what version of Storyline are you using?
