I was wondering if anyone knows of this? The space bar to my knowledge is to pause/play media. I have a course in development that jumps to a different slide when the space bar is pushed.
Is there a way to disable keyboard shortcuts in Storyline like there is in Presenter?
That's really odd. I just have it tested on my computer. Pushing the space bar does not do anything. I wonder if you have a trigger that does the magic.
No triggers, the really odd thing is I have a main menu and once you land on it any slides following jump back to that slide when the space bar is pressed.
I suppose it's better than SL choosing a random slide. It acts like a hot key to the main menu slide.
It doesn't happen before that slide though. Crazy.

Hi Mike,
Definitely odd sounding, any chance you can share the .story file here with us? If you'd prefer, you can also send it along here.
I would be more than happy to check the file if you don't mind.
Or you can submit a case to SL and let their amazing staff check it for me.

Thanks guys but unfortunatly the content in the course is protected.
Is there a feature to disable the keyboard shortcuts?
Mike
Hi Michael,
There isn't a feature that would allow you to disable it, but you're welcome to submit a feature request.
