I want to create a spinning prize wheel for one of my courses. Something with like 16 random places and different locations that the wheel lands on will display a hidden layer with the prize. I know how to do the random number and layering but am struggling with a wheel spinning can anyone assist. I want the wheel to kind of spin like wheel of fortune wheel would.
