I have a behemoth of a SL that I've been working on. For two of the slides, I need the audio to stop once the user clicks on a specified text box. I've been reading the boards and trying the suggestions, but nothing is working. Please can you review the attached images and let me know what I'm doing wrong?
My deadline for this project is today, so any support is greatly appreciated.
trigger order is very important - you are jumping to a slide before your 'stop media' trigger gets to execute. Try moving the stop media trigger to the top of the order.
If that doesn't work, can you share one the slides and someone will try and help you.
