Stopping people clicking NEXT NEXT NEXT NEXT

Hi folks,
I've used Articulate a little but it was a couple of years ago now and times have changed! I'm wondering how I can stop our employees clicking their way through each slide. I am reluctant to make the button appear later as we will just increase the number of calls to our Admin, saying the system is broken. Is there a way to fix the amount of time they have to spend on each slide? I remember there was an external supplier who did this for me on a previous project but they weren't using articulate.
Many Thanks :)

Probably the most straightforward way is to set the next button to disabled and then add a trigger that enables it when the timeline ends. Then it just depends on how long the timeline is.
Hi Fran and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
You can restrict or lock navigation in an Articulate Storyline course to prevent learners from skipping ahead without actually finishing the content. Here's how.
This might not work for your type of content, but check out these navigation examples that do away with Next buttons all together.
