No, but you can create this with a variable and a watch trigger on each slide.
Create a numeric variable called NumberWrong
On the INCORRECT Feedback master, add a trigger to ADD +1 to NumberWrong when Timeline starts. This will increment the variable upwards now automatically whenever a question gives the Incorrect feedback.
On the INCORRECT Feedback master, add a trigger to the CONTINUE button jump to a hidden slide when user clicks Continue on the condition that NumberWrong = ??
On this hidden slide you explain they've missed too many questions and the only button they have is EXIT.
That last trigger hopefully will work from the feedback master Continue button, but if not, you can copy that triggger and paste it onto the Incorrect Continue button for every question.
