Hi Rhonda!

Thanks for your post. A few initial troubleshooting steps for us to try:

  • Are the file names long, or do they include special characters, accents, or symbols? If so, let's see if shortening the file names or removing the special characters and then republishing helps.
  • Where are the external files stored? If on a network drive, try saving them on a local hard drive along with the Storyline course.
